• Obtain competitive bids from all trades & suppliers.

• Analyze bids with Owner.

• Award contracts approved by the Owner.

Construction

• Provide Superintendent or assist owner in selection.
• Manage, monitor and inspect the project.
• Process and approve shop drawings.
• Update schedule and cost reports.
• Review pay requests & assist Owner with payments.
• Final inspection and project closeout.
